We're looking for a
Services Project Manager
This role is Office Based As a Project Manager in our Services Team, you will be
responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects to deliver
high-quality services to our customers. You will work closely with
cross-functional teams, customer stakeholders to ensure the successful
implementation of Cornerstone's products. Your excellent communication,
organizational, and leadership skills will be essential in managing project
risks, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
In This Role You Will:
- Collaborate with customers
to understand their business needs and design tailored implementation
strategies.
- Lead project kickoff
meetings, set project expectations, and define project scope, goals, and
deliverables.
- Develop and manage project
plans, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate
cross-functional teams, including technical and functional experts, to
deliver on project objectives.
- Communicate project
status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency
throughout the implementation process.
- Identify and manage
project risks, proactively addressing any potential roadblocks to keep the
project on track.
- Provide advice and guidance
to customers during the implementation phase.
- Serve as the primary point
of contact for customers, ensuring strong relationships and effective
communication
- Manage scope changes,
change requests, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with
implementation best practices and industry standards.
- Lead user acceptance
testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure the software meets customer
requirements.
- Drive successful project
closures, including finalizing documentation and ensuring customer
satisfaction
- Lead post-project
evaluations and drive continuous process improvements
- Mentor and guide team
members, offering support, knowledge sharing, and best practices
You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have:
- Bachelor's
degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven
experience (3-5 years) in project management and software implementation,
preferably with Cornerstone OnDemand or similar HCM platforms.
- Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Problem-solving
mindset with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
- Detail-oriented
approach to project planning, execution, and documentation.
- Demonstrated
ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project
goals.
- Proficiency
in project management tools and software (MS Project, SmartSheets etc).
- Willingness
to travel to customer sites as required
- Fluency
in English and at least one major European language.
