Technical Business Analyst

Seeking a Technical Business Analyst who can translate business needs into technical requirements, along with the understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, integration specifications, and testing methodologies.Roles & Responsibilities :- Collaborate with stakeholders and relevant teams to gather and document business requirements for financial services applications.- Analyse API's, associated business processes, workflows, and system requirements to document and drive effective solutions.- Create comprehensive functional/technical specification documents for development and integration projects.- Document API specifications including (but not limited to) the metadata, constraints and the data mapping/transformation rules.- Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation and successful testing.- Plan and execute testing activities, including defining test cases and conducting user acceptance testing.- Ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives and industry regulations.- Assist in user training and support, addressing inquiries and concerns.- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.- Experience working on Rest API's is a must. Should be able to analyse third party API documentation and collate technical requirements for the new API's to be developed.- Have documented open API specifications using tools like Swagger.- Proficient in information gathering, documentation, and creation of functional specification documents.- Basic understanding of business processes and IT systems.- Experience in financial services applications, especially in Banking would be an added advantage.- Familiarity with testing methodologies, including test case development and user acceptance testing.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.- Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Relevant certifications in business analysis or related fields (optional).If you're passionate about financial services, have a talent for translating complex requirements into impactful solutions, and are driven by innovation, we invite you to join our team.
