Job Description - Telecalling Service

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping, evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • KYC and EKYC Completion:Assist customers with completing Know Your Customer (KYC) and Electronic Know Your Customer (EKYC) processes.
  • Stock and Portfolio Management:Assist customers with managing their stock portfolios and completing transactions.
  • Partnership and Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Requirements:Education:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business, or related).

Experience:1+ years of experience in customer support, financial services, or a related field.
