UI Manager

As a UI Manager you will lead our frontend development efforts and drive exceptional user experiences. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead a team of passionate developers shape product strategy and contribute to forwardlooking and expanding projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor frontend tech leads and developers fostering growth and collaboration.
• Drive UI product development aligned with company goals and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope and deliverables.
• Champion Agile methodologies and continuous improvement within the UI development team.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in UI and software development with a proven track record of leading highperforming UI development teams with Proficiency in prototyping and wireframing tools such as Figma.
• Extensive handson knowledge of JavaScript and HTML including frameworks like Angular and React HTML5 TypeScript Tailwinds and CSS3 with proficiency levels clearly defined.
• Familiarity with web3 js visualization tools/services like d3js aggrid etc. and knowledge of automated testing & TDD using Karma/Jasmine/Jest.
• Technical knowledge of serverside web application frameworks.
