Title - UK Customer Service
Location - Chandigarh IT Park
Shift - 5.5 days working, Rotational 9 hours shift + Cab Facility
Salary - Up to max 32K CTC + 8-10K monthly Incentives

Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with UK process and inbound calling is preferred.
- Knowledge of logistics and BPO industry is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer service inquiries and provide support to clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls.
- Assist customers in navigating the company's products or services.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Achieve performance targets and KPI's.
- No Sales/ No Targets.
