Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Indian Oil Corporation is seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Web Chat Officer. This is a remote work position based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide support and assistance with inquiries - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer service delivery - Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Proactively identify and address any potential issues that may arise during customer interactions - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers - Excellent planning and problem-solving skills - Confident and motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other relevant software applications
