Meesho, a leading e-commerce platform based in Delhi, is seeking a passionate and independent Web Chat Specialist to join our remote team. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via web chat to our users. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to negotiate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with products, orders, or services. 3. Utilize sales techniques to upsell products or services to customers when appropriate. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail. 3. Passion for helping customers and solving problems. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Previous experience in e-commerce or tech industry is a plus.
