Job Description - Architect

An architect is a professional who designs and oversees the construction of buildings and other structures. they are responsible for creating functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of their clients. job duties/responsibilities • develop design concepts and drawings, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• oversee construction projects, manage budgets and timelines, and communicate with clients regularly.
• stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices through continuing education. requirements • bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited program.
• 3 years of architectural experience.
• proficiency in cad, bim, and other design software, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• must have a valid permit to work in australia or must be ready to secure one.
