Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at Honey Hut Natural Products Private Limited. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. You will also assist in maintaining a clean and well-organized cafe environment. This is a full-time position based in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience. Qualifications And Skills
Proven working experience as a Barista, with a focus on coffee preparation and customer service
Excellent knowledge of coffee-making techniques and brewing methods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (coffee sacks, equipment)
Knowledge of honey-based products and passion for sustainability is a plus
Prior experience in cafes or similar food and beverage establishments
Certifications in barista training programs is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as espresso, cappuccino, and latte, ensuring high-quality standards
Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cafe, including regular cleaning of equipment and workstations
Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders
Assist in inventory management and stock control of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and cash handling
Educate customers about different coffee blends, brewing methods, and honey-based products
Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth cafe operations
