Category Manager

Role: As the Category Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the category, ensuring its growth, profitability and market leadership. Your role will involve strategic planning, supplier management, product development, and marketing initiatives tailored specifically to elevate the brand and drive consumer preference

Key Responsibilities:

● Drive monetization charters to ensure revenue maximization of Primo Category

● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive Growth and consumer preference of Primo Brand

● Drive Product and CX improvements to expand market share, improve return rates and aid brand affinity

● Drive Marketing and Branding charters for improving consumer mindshare and enhancing brand awareness

● Design and drive programs for improving value articulation and increasing Operator affinity towards Primo

● Work on special initiatives that help make Primo a category leader and market expansion

● Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product differentiation and continuous improvement within the Primo category.

Eligibility:

● Proven experience in category management, product development, or business development roles within the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industry.

● Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in the travel and transportation sector will be preferred.

● Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans and initiatives.

● Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

● Results-oriented mind-set, with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes and driving continuous improvement.

Educational Qualification: M.B.A. from a Tier-1 Business School

Experience Range: 3 to 5 Years
