Job Overview:

As a Center Manager at Orane International Academy, you will be responsible for the overall management and administration of the center. Your primary role will be to ensure the smooth operation of the center, maintain high standards of education and service, and foster a positive and productive learning environment. You will lead a team of staff, manage student admissions, and ensure that the center meets its operational and financial goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Center Operations Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

- Ensure the center complies with all regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of hygiene and safety.

- Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of instructors, administrative staff, and support personnel.

- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.

- Student Admissions and Support:

- Manage the admissions process, from inquiries to enrollment.

- Provide ongoing support and counseling to students to enhance their learning experience.

- Quality Assurance:

- Maintain high standards of education and training in line with Orane’s curriculum and industry standards.

- Ensure the delivery of quality training programs that meet the needs of students.

- Financial Management:

- Manage the center’s budget, control expenses, and ensure profitability.

- Prepare and submit financial and operational reports.

- Marketing and Business Development:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students.

- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and communities to enhance the center's visibility and reputation.

- Customer Service:

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing student and parent concerns promptly and effectively.

- Maintain an open line of communication with students, parents, and staff.

Requirements

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the education or beauty industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
