Corporate Accounting

Position description:

This position entails handling accounting, auditing, and MIS at a consolidated level. The purpose is to publish financial statements on a quarterly basis, MIS on a monthly basis, handle statutory audits, meet the deadlines so as to take informed decisions and maintaining excellent relations with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organisational growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Standalone Financial Statements on quarterly basis as per IND-AS/MIS on a monthly basis and circulate the same to management with detailed analysis.
• Complete control on Standalone India accounts with detailed understanding of all GLs and defining new accounting.
• Consolidation of Financial Statements, Unrealized Profit Working & Inter-Company Reconciliations.
• Handling SAP-BPC consolidation software and training other team members.
• Liaising with the auditors for quarterly and yearly audits / subsidiaries for monthly MIS/quarterly financials and their analysis.
