Job Description

• Counselling of new students and conducting individual student meetings to assess academic strengths, learning styles, and educational goals.
• Deliver presentation to prospective clients in education sector like colleges, universities and represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
• Lead the sales process, establish contact, call and meet prospective students.
• Be the first point of contact for all sales-related queries and communication.
• Develop personalized academic plans to help students achieve their academic goals, including course selection, time management strategies, and study skills development.
• Monitor student progress and provide ongoing academic support throughout their program.
• Identify and address academic challenges faced by students, offering guidance and resources to overcome them.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
• Assist students with navigating institutional resources and policies.
• Stay up to date on curriculum changes, program requirements, and academic regulations.
• Responsible for day-to-day activities of center, coordinating lectures between trainers and students.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of workshops and presentations on academic success topics.
• Prepare and maintain a master database of all prospects and their contacts.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales / ed-tech experience academic advising or a relevant field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven ability to develop and implement individualized academic plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and student information systems (a plus).
