POWER BI DEVELOPER

Overview: 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in data visualization and analytics using Microsoft Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, a strong analytical mindset, and a desire to learn and grow in the field of business intelligence.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports.

2. Work closely with the team to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and refine visualization designs.

4. Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

5. Help streamline and automate data processing tasks using Power Query and DAX.

6. Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and projects as needed.

7. Conducting data analysis and providing recommendations to improve data quality, data management processes and data governance

Requirements:

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualize complex data sets.

2. Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and a willingness to learn and develop proficiency in the platform.

3. Basic understanding of SQL for data querying and manipulation.

4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

5. Proactive attitude with a desire to take on new challenges and learn new technologies.

6. Good Understanding of data structure and hands-on Python.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, and Tableau.

2. Knowledge of data modeling concepts and techniques.

3. Experience with ETL processes and tools.

4. Understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.

5. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
