To co-ordinate and follow up with client hospitals and labs for collecting samples

2. To coordinate with the logistics coordinator for collecting samples from client hospitals and labs

3. To make credit entries under the head patient registration in the software on receipt of clinical

samples

4. To monitor the timely movement of received samples into the laboratory for further processing

5. To generate daily/schedule report dispatch statements and follow-up the same with the lab in

charge for timely delivery

6. To create and maintain individual lab price list file

7. To monitor the test summary and rates for client labs as agreed at the time of signing MOU

8. To direct the executives to make thorough check on all reports before dispatch

9. To coordinate with the logistics coordinator for the dispatch of patients reports to client hospitals

and labs at the minimum time

10. To collect monthly invoices from the credit department and deliver the same to the client

hospitals and labs

11. To follow up and collect dues from client labs or hospitals

12. To handover cash to the accounts department and cheques to the credit department on receipt of

payments

13. To create and maintain good rapport with client diagnostic centers and labs for a healthy business

relationship

14. To educate, train and motivate the existing employees and new entrants

15. To coordinate with the HR department in scheduling and conducting weekly/monthly team

meetings

16. To co-ordinate and update the public relation officers on need based situations

17. To give daily up-to-date status / information to the top management

18. To check and documentall inter/external correspondence

19. To raise timely indents and submit to the stores department

20. To maintain minimum inventory level
