Job Description - Engineer II

Job Posting Title Engineer II Summary Aristocrat Technologies is seeking a Power BI Developer with Data Analysis capability to integrate all project data across portfolios into a centralized database and produce effective and real time Power BI dashboards / reports through optimization and model creation. This is an individual contributor role with touch points with internal stakeholders globally. The individual would be working closely with Global PMO team for capturing the right data requirements from stakeholders and developing PBI dashboards/reports for data driven decision making. This role will report into Senior Program Manager, India. What You'll Do Total experience of 4 to 6 years with at least 3 years of relevant experience  Design compelling and intuitive data visualizations in Power BI to convey insights effectively. Customize and format visuals to meet business requirements.  Hands on experience on - Big Query / SQL  Develop data models and relationships for complex reporting needs to support real-time analytics.  Optimize Power BI reports for performance and responsiveness in real-time scenarios.  Implement data security measures to ensure sensitive information is protected.  Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.  Perform statistical analysis and develop predictive models when necessary. Cater to ad hoc data requests, conduct analysis, create models to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.  Document data sources, data models, and report development processes.  Ensure compliance with data governance and data privacy regulations.  Develop and maintain real-time data connections within Power BI to ensure up-to-the-minute data visualization. Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features and best practices.  Scheduling dashboard refresh on Power BI Service / Managing accesses on Power BI Service  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements for real-time reporting.  Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on real-time Power BI usage. What We're Looking For Education/degree: MCA, BE, B Tech  4-6 yrs. of industry Experience with 3 yrs. of relevant experience  Power BI certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or similar certifications are advantageous.
