Job Description - Executive Assistant

Company Description Shri Venkateshwara University is a state private university located in Amroha. Established by the Govt. of Uttar Pradesh Act. No. 26 of 2010, the university is recognized by the UGC and offers a wide range of academic programs including Science, Engineering and Technology, Biological and Medical Science, Pharmacy, Management, Law, and more.

Role Description
Note: University or Educational Institution or Medical College experience is a must.
This is a full-time role for an Executive Assistant to the Founder President at Shri Venkateshwara University. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support, managing expense reports, and assisting with administrative tasks. This is an on-site role located in Amroha.

Qualifications

Executive Support and Administrative Assistance skills
Experience in managing expense reports
Strong communication skills
Proficient in administrative tasks
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office
Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
