Job Description - -Manager-Learning and Development

Location: Noida

Department: Learning and Development

Reports To: Head of Learning and Development

Job Type: Full-Time/Contractual

Experience Required: 9-10 years.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Soft Skills Trainer to join our Learning and Development team. The ideal candidate will have 9-10 years of experience in training and development, specializing in soft skills such as communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence. The Senior Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive training programs that enhance the interpersonal skills of our employees, contributing to their personal and professional growth and improving organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Design:

Develop and design engaging and interactive soft skills training programs tailored to various employee levels and departments.

Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules, ensuring content is current and relevant.

Training Delivery:

Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

Use a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys

Continuously improve training programs based on evaluation results and industry best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with DU heads, HR, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Industry Trends and Best Practices :

Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in soft skills training.

Incorporate new techniques and tools into training programs to keep them fresh and engaging.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance is preferred.

Experience:8-10 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on soft skills training.

Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.

Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and environments.

Strong organizational and project management skills.
