Marcom purchase

Responsibilities :

Candidate should have worked in purchase supporting Marketing function( in Building materials, FMCG, FMCD, FMEG, Automotive industry to know the scale and impact of jobs, importance of timely delivery) and have handled purchase for following elements.

ATL : TV spots buying in conjunction with Media buying agency. This includes TV spots, Sponsorships, Awards, in- program integration & various non-FCT related activities ( L bands, Aston bands, Weather branding etc

BTL activities - roadshows, Van campaigns, meets ,Merchandise elements ( T shirt, estimate pads, Pens) etc. Able to understand & deal accordingly for the events, exhibitions, launch events , Trade events , Conferences separate.

Should understand digital deliveries and promotions done on Meta( Facebook, Insta) , Google & YouTube. Also multiple message blasts which go from WhatsApp / SMS for Loyalty programs.

Hoarding, wall painting , leaflets & brochures designing, printing & dispatch ( courier cost) etc

Other activities as brought by the Marketing team - Cinema, Radio, video shoots, audio recording , Jingles etc

Should have good commercial acumen, good negotiation skills but aligned to deliver within given timelines of the project.

Be flexible & available for serving last minute requirements- many jobs come from moment Marketing angle, and it needs quick delivery and alignment with Marketing.

Should understand creative jobs and level of work done by various agencies to assess the cost and frame discussions accordingly. Mktg team can educate and apprise but self-assessment reqd.

Should collaborate with Marketing, Agencies/ Media channels to close on the PO & timely payments.

Skills summary : Commercially sound, Agile, collaborative, customer centric & self-starter.
