ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE
- for timely delivery of debit cards, cheque books, PIN’s and statements to customers and PGK’s, insta- kits and demand draft stationery to branches
- stock of PGK’s at branches and ensure that branches have sufficient buffer stock to meet demand
- returned deliverables and ensure their delivery or destruction, as per TAT
- MIS reports and exception reports pertaining to deliverables

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Business/ Financials
- files for manufacturing debit cards, cheque books, PINs and statements are sent to vendors on the same day
- physical statements and letters with e-statements and e-letters to reduce costs
Customer
- resolution of service requests and complaints within timelines
- no customer data is compromised
- that debit cards, cheque books, statements, letters etc., sent to customers conform to minimum standards stipulated by the Bank
Internal Process
- to internal guidelines on management of deliverables
- inventory/details of secured stationary as per business and compliance requirement
- for availability of secured stationary at branches; monitor record of destruction of secured stationary
- process of dual custody of Security Stationery at HO
Learning & Innovation
Complete allotted trainings and online modules within stipulated time-lines

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Experience
2+ years of experience; fresher can be considered if they possess the required educational qualifications and aptitude
