Job Description - Retail Partner - Kolkata

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping, evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.

We are seeking a Retail Partner to join our team. As a Retail Partner, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing junior candidates, as well as grooming them to become successful retail professionals. Additionally, you will be conducting interviews to identify top talent for our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Identify and source top talent for retail positions through various channels. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role. Evaluate candidates based on our company's standards and requirements.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for junior candidates. Develop and implement training materials, such as manuals, presentations, and videos. Provide ongoing support and guidance to junior candidates to ensure their growth and development.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior candidates to help them develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles. Provide regular feedback and coaching to help them improve and grow. Identify areas where junior candidates need additional support and develop strategies to address these needs.
  • Interviews and Selection: Conduct interviews to identify top talent for retail positions. Evaluate candidates based on our company's standards and requirements. Make recommendations for hiring based on the results of the interviews.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a retail or human resources role, with a focus on recruitment, training, and development.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and training best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
