The role is responsible for EE architecture Design, Development and testing of Electric
Powertrain system
Dimensions of the position
- System integration with functional requirements, flow charts, Software requirement
- Defining and implementing System Design process in line with System Engineering Approach.
Experience-3-8 yrs
Education- Masters in Engineering-Electrical / Electronics
Job location-Pune (pimpri)
Skills/Competencies
1. Logical and analytical skills in architecture development, Matlab/ Simulink, MBSE approach & Tools, Functional Safety, HV Safety standards and Fast charger technologies, standards for automotive application. 2. Driving Execution
Relevant Experience:
1. 7 years’ EV relevant experience in EE Architecture Design & Development in
EV.
2. Development of powertrain functions, functional requirements and software
requirements into logical architecture, software requirements and architecture
3. Knowledge in Design verification plan/validation plan, System DFMEAs
4. Exposure to Product, Regulatory Development Processes and Practices
5. Defining and implementing System Design process in line with System
Engineering Approach
Key Responsibilities:
S.N. Key Responsibility & Key Tasks Measures
1 Architecture Design
· HV Powertrain Architecture Analysis, Functional requirements, converting it into Logical, Network, LV architectural elements · Undertake Preliminary design, analysis and verification using relevant tools, including system sizing, AC/DC, DC/DC, Battery, BMS, powertrain component selection and simulation for the performance requirement. · Architecture design for functional safety requirements OF ISO 26262 · Timely completion of project activities as per plan · Timely release for Delivery Gateways.
2 Architecture Development & Testing
· Support Software Architecture development, Hardware development, and an integration & validation team. · Give inputs to LV, HV, IVN, Safety, FOTA · Powertrain architecture Development and definition of signal interface for EV Components- E-Drive, Controllers, DC-DC Converter, chargers etc. · Trade off analysis of various conflicting functional requirements · Release of architecture drawing & Design Document. · Timely documentation of project data/ status/ information
3 Gen3 process and project documentation
· HV Aggregate software requirements management, release management · Defining and implementing System Design process in line with System Engineering Approach. · Release · Timely availability of data pertaining to projects
