Job Description: Wealth Management & Asset Management

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Wealth Management & Asset Management SME with a deep understanding of Wealth Management, Asset Management & Private Banking. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in providing and structuring solutions for Global Wealth & Asset Managers and Wealth Platforms and familiarity with underlying Wealth products, and the ability to collaborate effectively with fintech partners. As a Wealth & Asset Management SME the person would play a critical role in shaping our Wealth & Asset Management initiatives.

• Should have a mix of Product / Solutioning / Pre-sales and services in Wealth & Asset Management / Financial services
• Should have an MBA or MTech
• 11+ years of experience, in BFSI (primarily in Financial Services, Wealth & Asset Management).Should have deep understanding of the functional and technology aspects Wealth & Asset Management Domain/ should be capable of Independently handling engagements/discussions etc.
• Fintech / Wealth Tech / Product Skill Set with relevant Project experience.
• Client and Sales Interaction..
• Engagement Experience with Wealth & Asset Management and Private Banking Clients..

Responsibilities:

Wealth & Asset Management Processes :

• Lead the establishment of Wealth and Investment Management from scratch, including defining the technology stack, architecture, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Wealth Management Services.

Wealth Management Value Chain :

• Possess a holistic understanding of the Wealth & Asset Management value chain, including customer onboarding, account management, wealth platforms and products, financial planning, model portfolios, portfolio construction and portfolio management, rebalancing, client reporting, and customer experience. / Private Banking and Family Offices/ Regulations around Wealth Industry
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements across the value chain.

Product Knowledge :

• Be well-versed in underlying Wealth products, Investment Platforms, Preferable Wealth Platform Product skills, Distribution Platforms, Financial Planning, Tools, Open Wealth,
• Application of AI in Wealth and Decisioning

Fintech Collaboration :

• Collaborate with fintech partners to enhance wealth management offerings.
• Evaluate and onboard relevant fintech solutions to augment our digital services.
• Stay updated on emerging fintech trends and technologies.

Technical Expertise :

• Provide technical insights to development teams during the implementation of digital wealth management solutions.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Management :

• Engage with internal stakeholders (business, IT, compliance, risk) to drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with external partners and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Education : MBA (Financial Services) / Computer Sciences
• Certifications (Desired) : Relevant certifications in project management, agile methodologies, or Wealth Certifications

Desired Skills:

Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in Wealth Management platforms, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and security protocols.
• Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools.

Domain Expertise :

• Experience in transforming traditional wealth managers and wealth platforms into digital-first institutions.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in Wealth Management..

Collaboration Skills :

• Ability to work closely with fintech partners, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
