<p>Function Department : Information Technology<br/><br/> Job Purpose : <br/><br/></p><p>Roles and Responsibilities :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Responsible for devops operations responsible for salesforce devops operations and projects delivery . <br/><br/>- Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements for the development, execution, and operations environments. Make all decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security.<br/><br/>- Candidate should be hands on in Salesforce (Config and Customization both)<br/><br/>- Setup the development environment on their own and has the ability to mentor junior developers.<br/><br/>- Must have experience with version Control tools like GIT, GitHub and Bitbucket<br/><br/>- Must have strong experience in Jenkins ( pipeline setup, Groovy Scripting) <br/><br/>- Meet with business team to determine business functional and technical requirement and participate in Application design discussion.<br/><br/>- Own the design, build, and test of all technical architecture components/solutions (e.g., development, execution, and operations environment solutions)<br/><br/>- Plan the technical architecture sprints taking into consideration the dependencies between the application and the technical architecture.<br/><br/>- Must have knowledge configuration on Salesforce.com Platform i.e. must have knowledge about Flows, Approval Process, Workflow, Profile, Roles, Report and Dashboard <br/><br/>- Should be aware about Salesforce best practice and utilize them while implementing the solution.<br/><br/>- Should have experience for support process of Salesforce and good experience with Salesforce Community.<br/><br/>- Nice to have experience in Apex Coding (Trigger, Class, Batch), Aura Component or LWC, Java Script, API Integration etc <br/><br/>- Nice to have experience on Workbench and Data Loader.<br/><br/>- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce Orgs.<br/><br/>- Candidate should be aware any of the Salesforce Cloud (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, FCS etc.)<br/><br/>- Experience in Leading/managing work stream.<br/><br/> Secondary Responsibilities : <br/><br/>- Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation.<br/><br/>- Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed and formally documented.<br/><br/>- Fix defects identified during testing.<br/><br/>- Develop Groovy scripting for automation.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Docker, Artifactory<br/><br/>- Experience in salesforce deployment tool ( Copado, Gearset) <br/><br/> Technical Responsibilities :<br/><br/></p><p>- Need to perform activities related to Salesforce Devops.<br/><br/>- Need to carry out upgrades as well as Salesforce Org refresh.<br/><br/>- Troubleshooting of code merge issues, need to have in-depth Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.<br/><br/>Key Success Metrics : Salesforce DevOps Operations, Develop, build, configure and Troubleshoot challenges<br/><br/>Graduation : Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA).<br/><br/>Post-Graduation : Master of Science (M.Sc) / Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA).</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
