Position: Projects Sales Engineer - HVAC/MEPLocation: Kurla, MumbaiPosition Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Projects Sales Engineer specializing in HVAC/MEP to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in HVAC/MEP systems and a proven track record of driving sales growth through project-based engagements. This role will involve collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to design, propose, and sell HVAC solutions for various projects.Core Responsibilities:Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region.Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.Calculating client quotation & Heat Load & estimations.Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.Co-ordinating sales projects.Analyzing costs and sales.Preparing reports for head office.Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.Qualifications:Diploma/Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical or relevant Field.Proven experience in HVAC/MEP sales, engineering, or project management roles, preferably within the commercial or industrial sector.In-depth knowledge of HVAC/MEP systems, equipment, components, and design principles.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and influence key stakeholders effectively.
