Role: Static Engineering Education Qualification: BE / B Tech in Mechanical Years of Experience: 6 to 8 years Accountable and Responsible for : Design, Upscale and Supervise for quality of Drafting & Finalise for Vessels/Tanks (Pressure or Atmospheric) through PVElite Software, as per ASME Should be familiar with ASME Code Stamp certification process and having shop certification Audit experience will be an added advantage. Add value to the method of drafting & Finalise Design for the General Arrangement layout of Vessels/Tanks in AutoCad. Check and approve the component-wise BoM for the Vessels/Tanks designed. Enquire-&-Receive-&-Evaluate Quotations and Expedite PO issuances for Third Party Design & Inspection. Liason with the third party for appraisal & finalising Design Assess the inputs for loading and its implication & finalising Drawing of Top Entry Agitator with the Design-approved Vessel. Assess and suggest alternatives to finalize quotation and expedite PO issuances for top entry agitator and co-ordinate with the vendor for BOM items against purchase requisition. Participate & Close all Comments & Queries of Customer for all the Engineering Drawings. Shall be able to resolve design changes and non confirming products acceptance. Evaluate & Finalise BoM of approved-Platform in ERP. Approve Drawings of Room Layout, Isometrics, Skid & Platform to the Production Team. Assist in Issuance to Production, all Customer-approved Drawings of Vessel/Tank GA & Manufacturing. Evaluate & Finalise BoM for Piping Isometric in ERP. Supervise for quality of Drafting & Finalise Drafting of P&ID that are BPE-Designed & Marked-up by TSS and Projects Evaluate and Approve as-built P&ID post Mark-ups from Production & 3D Teams and copy to QA Design & finalise Drawing of Room Layout, Discuss on Customer's Comments & Approve. Plan & Finalise internally the Move-in (incl Opening-for-Erection at Customers' Site) for the Vessel/Tank with Skid Follow-up, Ensure & Archive below inputs from Vendors 1. Step files for Valves and instruments 2. GA drawings for Valves and instruments 3. Agitator step file and GA drawings 4. Vendor catalogues Supervise for quality of Drafting & Finalise Visualising & Creating the 3D Model Supervise for correctness of Routing & Finalise Cable Tray-&-Conduit in coordination with Automation Harware Team & Third Party Electrical Aggregator. Participate in Internal-&-Customer Meetings, Close all Comments & Finalise the Review of the 3D Model with all the Internal Stakeholders, Issue 3D Views to Customer for Approval and Discuss to Close Comments/Queries. Supervise for correctness of the Isometric & Finalise Spatial Designing of Piping Isometrics in Cadisson Software. Evaluate & Finalise BoM for Site Works in ERP (if applicable). Supervise for correctness & Finalise Drawing of Skid in co-ordination with Production Piping Team after 3D review. Evaluate & Finalise BoM of approved-Skid in ERP Software Skills : PVElite Software FEA (Finite Element Analysis) Auto Cad & 3D modelling Conversant with ERP systems
