Job Purpose:
This is an exciting role which reports into the VP, Sales Operations and is responsible for supporting Strategic Partnership team and Sales Operations globally. You will be a part of a talented team that strive to support, identify growth opportunities, and improve processes across the sales and Marketing function globally.
Key responsibilities:
Completing scheduled reporting deadlines.
Maintain data completeness anddata accuracy of key client data in CRM.
Engage with internal stakeholders for data needs and analysis.
Improve data quality and add value to internal sales database through data enrichment project.
Support Go-To-Market and sales territory planning process.
Skills and experience:
A bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a similar discipline is required.
Relevant workingexperience (2+ years) with Sales Operations, Business Analyst, andData Analyst roles.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are needed to manage and analyse large data sets.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantlyevolving environment
Pay attention to detail and be able to maintain high accuracy on data reporting.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRM tools and CRM end-to-end processes.
Knowledge of business intelligence tools would be an added advantage.
