Roles & Responsibilities:• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for Salesforce projects.• Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories and functional requirements.• Work closely with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements.• Ensure that Salesforce solutions align with best practices and design patterns.• Define data models and relationships to support business processes.• Work with data architects to design and implement data structures.• Develop and deliver user training sessions to ensure effective Salesforce adoption.• Assist in change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.• Testing and Quality Assurance.• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.• Identify and document issues and collaborate with developers to resolve them.• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Salesforce environment.• Maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and other stakeholders, to ensure project success.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Salesforce projects.• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification is a plus.• Familiarity with Salesforce capabilities, features, and best practices.• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical solutions.• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
