Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst/Lead Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing business processes and requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency, and designing and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Excellent knowledge of and demonstrated expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Various Industry Clouds, Experience Cloud, and Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (is a plus)
· Ability to grasp clients' requirements with a consultive mindset and translate/present those demands into detailed requirements
· Be able to organize self and customer so able to control & manage various project events such as workshops, user acceptance testing walk throughs that lead to achievement of end goal
· Collaborate with Technical Lead, Project Manager, QA, Developers to drive the requirements into a working system
· Perceive and resolve blockers in terms of the requirements
· Developing end-user documentation and delivering end user trainings
· Knowledge of development tools and processes that will aid in formulating use cases and designing project requirements
· Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced atmosphere while managing various requests is needed
· An analytical problem solver who knows and employs all declarative automation and Salesforce ecosystem features
· Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities and the ability to communicate successfully with technical and non-technical customers
· Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, and tools such as Jira and Confluence
· Salesforce implementation experience across the whole Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
· Contribute to the Salesforce BA Practice
Requirements:
· Project management concepts Service Cloud, Business operations and systems requirements processes
· PowerPoint SDLC and Agile project methodologies
· Agile development practices Applicable programming languages used
· Sales Cloud / Service / Experience / Community Cloud.
