Our client is engaged in the business of licensing public performance rights for use of Bollywood Music recordings. We represent the following music labels, which account for 50% of the latest Bollywood hits: - Zee Music - Yash Raj Films - Tips - Think Music The sound recordings which the Orgn licenses, are for usage in public places such as Hotels, restaurant's, Convention centers, Banquet halls, Discotheque, Resorts, Malls, Bars, Pubs and other such venues. For more details of the songs and titles, please visit: Responsibilities and Duties : 1. Bringing new business to the company, meetings with new clients, follow-ups regarding payments. 2. Monitoring and supervising the daily Royalty (License) fee collection from Hotels, Restaurants, Pubs, Discos, Event venues, Banquet Halls etc., through the licensing team all across the region. 3.Making regular visits to different potential areas of the Region for market proliferation to increase the visibility of the organization. 4. Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly 5. In the event of unauthorised use of our music, need to confront the host/ event manager/ hotel staff to ensure our legitimate license fee collection. Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications : - This is a pure field job and involves extensive travel. The job also entails regular interaction and relationship building with various people. - Accordingly, a confident personality, good communication skills and a pleasantness are essential. Further, he must have own 2- wheeler for field coverage Industry Preference : Liquor or soft drink industry distribution; BFSI Loan recovery personnel Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree with 5+ Years of field sales experience Spoken Languages : English, Hindi.
