We operate seven restaurants and bars in Mumbai and specialize in catering services. Our marquee restaurants, including Flamboyante, Hammer & Song, Fountain Sizzlers, and Boardwalk by Flamboyante, offer unique dining experiences and have been recognized with various awards. Additionally, we provide catering for both small house parties and large outdoor functions, serving esteemed clients and prestigious venues. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Banquet Manager with Fountain Hospitality Private Limited located in Mumbai. The Banquet Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of banquet events and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. This includes making the Function Prospectus ,overseeing the set-up and execution of events, managing staff, coordinating with the culinary team, and providing exceptional customer service. The Banquet Manager will also be involved in the hiring and training of banquet staff and maintaining inventory and equipment. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills Experience in the Food & Beverage industry Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously Knowledge of banquet operations and event planning Experience in hiring and training staff Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Ability to adapt and respond to changing situations Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include previous experience as a Banquet Manager, knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, proficiency in Microsoft Office and a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferable.
