Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Beverage Manager at Ambrosia Hospitality for a pre opening project or for a larger role among different outlets.

As a Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the beverage operations and ensuring high-quality service. You will manage inventory, create and update beverage menus, train staff on product knowledge, and maintain relationships with suppliers. Your goal will be to provide an exceptional beverage experience for guests at the outlet.

Preference would be given to a candidate who is actively involved in personally working behind the bar and continues to hold a passion for mixology.

The candidate would also be responsible to identify and hire a very strong bar team to work with him with the aim of being recognised as a highly forward thinking cocktail and wine bar.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role at an award winning / recognised bar
• Or, Prior experience as a head bartender / mixologist is also acceptable
• Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for the beverage industry
• In dept knowledge of ingredients and usage of those in the bar
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Good overall knowledge about restaurant operations and cuisines to blend the overall f&b story
