Commi – Soho House Mumbai
Main Duties…
Ø Preparation of mise-en-place.
Ø Keeping the work area neat and clean.
Ø Picking up the indented items from the store.
Ø Assist CDP and DCDP in day to day operations.
Ø To prepare food according to standardized recipes and to keep areas and equipment clean.
Ø Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
Ø Storage of food and provisions.
Ø Maintain quality & consistency.
Ø Control wastage.
Ø Effective utilisation of raw materials.
Ø Coordinate and cooperate with F&B Service, Room Service, Purchase and Stores department.
