Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive at Lexicon Consultants Pvt Ltd. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for selling Farm products directly to the customers(eg. restaurant, caterers, mess etc). The Field Sales Executive will target a specific geographical area, identify prospective leads, call or visit them, demonstrate the product, convince the prospect and close the order. The role will require traveling to client locations in Ranchi and surrounding areas. Own 2-wheeler is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• Preferred experience in selling any Food & Beverage product
• Good understanding of Farming, Dairy & Poultry Farm products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales or a similar role
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Willingness to travel to client locations
