Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Bolpur Sriniketan. As a Food and Beverage Manager at Dip Holidays, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department. You will ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by providing excellent service, managing staff, implementing quality control measures, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with both customers and team members.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Valid food handling and safety certification
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
