Experience: 1 to 3 years as Guest Relationship Executive in Sweet Stall
Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage the reservation system efficiently ensuring accurate seating arrangements.
Escort guests to their tables and provide assistance as needed.
Customer Engagement:
Interact with guests to understand their preferences and needs.
Proactively address guest inquiries and concerns ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Collect feedback and suggestions from guests to improve service quality.
Special Occasions and Celebrations:
Identify special occasions or celebrations and make appropriate arrangements to enhance the guest experience.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure seamless execution of special requests.
Maintaining Guest Records:
Keep a record of guest preferences special requests and contact information for future reference.
Utilize guest information to personalize their experience during subsequent visits.
Upselling and Promotion:
Recommend special dishes promotions and upsell additional services to enhance the overall guest experience.
Stay informed about menu items promotions and special events to provide accurate information to guests.
Conflict Resolution:
Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
Escalate issues to the management when necessary.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
