Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter Coordinator at Shearling Skins Private Limited in Manesar. The HR Recruiter Coordinator will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, such as conducting new hire orientations, managing employee relations, providing customer service, and coordinating HR activities. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirement- We are looking for Candidates with 1-2 Work Experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in conducting new hire orientations and onboarding
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of employee relations best practices
