Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Mixologist at a pre opening concept of Ambrosia Hospitality located in New Delhi.

As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. You will also create unique and innovative drink recipes, interact with customers to recommend and suggest drinks.

As a concept forward restaurant, there will be a very clear ideology in place for cocktails and bar operations. It will be your job to take this forward in the best possible way to align the overall brand story and concept with the bar story.

The aim is to run an elevated bar experience which will be recognised for its innovative techniques, unique ingredients, sustainability and concept clarity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender at a very prominent bar / hotel of the highest standard.
• Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixing techniques
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and creativity in drink presentation
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines
• Ability to create a strong team to work well as a leader of the team.
