Project Manager Interior DEsigning

An International Restaurant Chain Business is seeking applications for the position of Project Manager Interior Designing.

Work location: Kolkata (Extensive travelling needed)

Required Experience: 7 - 8 Years in the relevant sector (Hospitality Interior Designing)

Budget: Negotiable

Job Description:

• Exp: 7 - 8 yrs. in hospitality sector, particularly in Kitchen / BOH of Multi-cuisine high-end restaurants. 
• Strong coordination skills with international Interior designer, local designers, and MEP Consultants. 
• Hands on experience in Pre-construction design development and construction activities.
• Understanding on selection of materials to be used in the design.
• Overview of MEP services requirements and coordination with interior aspects for any food outlets and overview of food safety and other operational safety requirements. 
• Working proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English for communicating with international and national designers.
• Monitoring and controlling of project schedule and highlighting anticipated delays in advance. 
• Overview on procurement management.

Required Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor in Architecture or Engineering or Interior Designing.
