Job Description - Restaurant Corporate Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management : Supervise daily operations across multiple restaurant locations to ensure consistent high-quality service and compliance with company standards.
Financial Oversight : Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to achieve profitability targets.
Staff Management : Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Experience : Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by addressing feedback, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in all locations.
Compliance : Ensure all restaurants adhere to health, safety, and food quality regulations and standards.
Strategic Planning : Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for growth, marketing, and brand enhancement.
Inventory Control : Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate supply levels and minimizing waste.
Travel : Travel to all locations to oversee operations and stay in any city for pre-opening activities.
