Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at ADDICT CAFE located in Thrissur. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service. You will also be responsible for hiring and training new employees, coordinating with the kitchen staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with food and beverage regulations.

• Knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
