Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior F&B Service Staff member to join our team. As a Senior F&B Service Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, and contributing to a positive dining atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide outstanding customer service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

· Supervise and mentor junior staff members, assisting in their training and development.

· Manage restaurant operations during shifts, including opening and closing procedures.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.

· Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.

· Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.

· Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

· Contribute to the development and implementation of new service strategies and initiatives.

 Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in an Italian restaurant or similar fine dining establishment.

· Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wines, and beverages.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proven leadership abilities and team management experience.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
