Social Media Marketing Manager

Location : Karma Chalets, Sector 80, Gurgaon (near Manesar). HO is in Vasant Kunj. 6 days a week working.

Timings : 10.30am - 6.30pm // Flexible

Reporting to : Director & Creative Head of Karma Chalets

Duties / Job Responsibilities :

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT (Instagram, Facebook)

● Create social media calendar and strategy

● Conceptualise post, source creatives and make posts

● Respond to comments, queries, etc.

● Grow followers and engagement on social media platforms

● Influencer program management and execution

EVENTS

● Conceptualising events and creating the event calendar

● Coordinate with artists, vendors, etc for the event

● Promotion of said events within the restaurant, online and offline

BRAND ASSOCIATIONS AND PROMOTION

● Sourcing and facilitating co-promotions, tie-ups, etc with other brands, venues,

hospitality establishments, influencers, etc

● Conceptualisation, negotiation and execution said promotions
