Any Bachelor's Degree / Diploma

Salary: min. 35k per month

Responsibilities: 

• To manage all aspects of travel operations including reservations, tickets, hotel, travel coordination, and customer support.

• Handle booking and arrangement for travel enquires and requests from sales office and other channels which come through phone calls & emails

• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate for better rates and/ or conditions.

• Provide recommendations of hotels, restaurants, and transportation based on agents’ requests & interests

• Able to think clearly in emergencies and ensure smooth tour operations in accordance with schedules.

• overall control over day-to-day operations.

• Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
