Job Description



Food and Beverage Team Leader

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for guest satisfaction and follow Sofitel service standards and service culture.
  • Deals skilfully during all guest interaction.
  • Monitors and supervises flow of service at the assigned station in the Restaurant
  • Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items
  • Assign duties to all waiting staff
  • Reports records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment to manager
  • Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
  • Motivates team and gave valuable feedback for improvement.
  • Built commitment and inspire team to do the best job possible.

Qualifications



Your experience and skills include:
Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
