JOBDESCRIPTION:

. Weare looking for an individual with a hands-on experience in service delivery toour clients as a front-line manager.

. He/sheshould have exposure to customer service, monitoring performance of the team,dealing with escalations, customer complaints, perform Root Cause Analysis,Risks and Controls analysis. This candidate should have experience in doingreviews, quality checks of the documents.

. He/sheshould be enthusiastic, quick learner, ready to adapt, be flexible and havinggreat sense of urgency.

BRIEFDESCRIPTION OF THE PROCESS:

. Thereare medical events organized by client OR by third party organizers in which our client participates. Our client belongsto healthcare industry.

. Theactions have direct impact on health of their customers, our client need toadhere to the strict guidelines laid down by the health ministry of Govt. ofIndia and other relevant laws.

. Tocater to this important element, our client has set up a Health Care Compliancedepartment. Client initiates & sponsors medical events which are directlyrelated to a person's health. Hence, the review of compliance of the event iscrucial.

. TheClient follows Health Care Compliance guidelines, like the laws and industrycodes they reflect, are intended to serve patients by safeguarding medicaldecision-making from both the appearance and the fact of undue and improperfinancial influence.

Rolespecific skillsets:

. Reviewverification done by Nexdigm team for Pre & Post event documentationreceived from the client.

. Overseequery management process. Ensure that queries are answered and resolved by theclient. contacts within permissible time. Escalate, if not resolved instipulated time.

. Reviewreconciliation of expenses booked against Cost Centre v/s Budgeted in regularintervals (Monthly/ yearly)

. Reviewthe Monthly MIS prepared by the team leader.

. Anchormonthly meetings with Division heads to review Exceptions.

. Manage Expense Reporting and analysis fordifferent types of activities.

. Supervise Document Management process.

Working Model: Work-from-office

Shift Timings: Nexdigm operatesin multiple shifts to help cater to our clients better:

  • Morning shift - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • General shift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
  • Evening Shift - 3:30 pm to 12:30 am

Please Note: Shift timings differbasis the role. The shift timing allocated to you will depend on the scope ofwork and will communicated to you during the offer discussion

DESIREDCANDIDATE PROFILE:

. A B. Com/M. Com/MBA / CA Inter degree along withprior exposure of 8 -10 years in health care compliance.

. Excellentcommunication skills in English

. Stronganalytical skills

. Handson with MS-Excel application

. Canwork independently.

. Managea team of 10-12 members consisting of associates, specialists, and team leader.

. Training,coaching, assess performance of the team.

. Fairknowledge of Health Care Compliance.
