Job Description - Associate Technical Architect

Job Responsibilities :The tech lead Is responsible for maintaining and implementing the technology strategic solutions related to end-to-end application and system development, delivery, testing, and support within assigned client group, business unit or corporate department and utilizing various customer technology platforms.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to : - Accomplish the objectives and requirements defined by senior technology leadership and product management across multiple teams. - Create design documents/solution design and implementation.- Actively participate in the design, development, and deployment of applications- Plan and drive the project's technical execution to achieve the committed scope and timeline.- Monitor and report technical execution progress as well as all technical issues, risk or mitigation plan in a timely manner.- Ability to co-ordinate multi-teams (e.g. customers, internal functional and technical SMEs), to understand business requirements, technical design and preparing of technical specifications.- Assist in estimation of efforts and timescales for tasks delegated to the team.- Contribute to design/code reviews for quality assurance and conformance to Hitachi eBworx standards / guidelines.- Hands-on participate in development and bugs fixing- Debug, troubleshoot and resolve application issues.- Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolution.- Ownership of multiple system and or application products of varying complexity.- Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with key business partners. Interacts with stakeholder to understand new product enhancements or features being requested. - Implement new subsystems, procedures, and techniques; manages implementation/integration projects to ensure deliverables.Key Qualifications :- Requires a Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field of study and a minimum of 10 years of experience in application software development, maintenance or implementation and support.- Experience in working with Java and its related technologies like Spring, Springboot Framework, Eclipse (Editor), Swagger or Postman (Connector Services)Experience :- 10 plus years of experience in Developing, Designing, and implementing large scale enterprise applications.- Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage Plans and with prior knowledge of Auto Adjudication process of Claims - Experience with US healthcare and understands the entire Ecosystem of Onboarding a Member till Adjudication - Experience with Amisys claims processing system would be an advantage- Experience working with connector services of HealthRules Payer.- Should have experience in System Migrations (Legacy to Cloud) - Should have strong knowledge on Accums, Auth process Etc to enhance the claims process. Skills And Competencies :- Basic Knowledge of business processes in US healthcare including claims, membership and providers.- Experience with Amisys claims processing system.- Experience working with connector services of HealthRules Payer.- Strong hands-on experience in Java 8 or above , Spring, Springboot Framework,.- Strong hands-on experience in Java Persistence API, Log4j- Experience processing data transactions (read and write) using microservices, connector services and webservices.- Experience reading and writing different file formats like xml, JSON, csv, flat files etc- Experience with extracting data from RDBMS Databases like SQL or Oracle.- Eclipse (Editor), Swagger or Postman (Connector Services)- Should have used build tools like maven and repo tools like Git- AWS working experience preferred - Worked on CI/CD pipeline for code deployment by engaging different tools (Git, Jenkins, Code Pipeline) in the process right from developer code check-in to Production deployment.
