We are seeking statisticians with a strong background in R programming and a Master's or Ph.D. degree in Statistics or Biostatistics (M.Sc. Statistics or M.A. Statistics).

The successful candidates will collaborate closely with researchers and data scientists, employing R functions to conduct statistical analyses, code statistical methods for descriptive statistics, KM curves, and visualization plots, and deliver results for various analyses within the healthcare and life sciences domain.

Work Location : Hyderabad

Responsibilities :

• Must possess 6 to 10 years of overall experience in statistical analysis projects, specifically with claims database analyses using the R programming language.
• At least 4 years of experience in utilizing Plumber for creating RESTful APIs for application development and RStudio Connect for deployment is required.
• Experience in writing optimized R code for memory management, storage, etc., as well as in conducting various data analyses using R, including statistical parametric and non-parametric analysis, and utilizing data visualization packages.
• Ability to write SQL queries is essential.
• Experience in conducting statistical inferential analysis, multivariate analysis, time series, descriptive statistics, KM curves, and visualizations.
• Strong ability to perform quality control checks on work before delivering it to clients.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to communicate findings from analytic testing to stakeholders and the research team in a comprehensive, standardized format that details the methods, analyses, conclusions, and recommended next steps.

Primary Skills Required:

Desirable Skills:

• Understanding of Docker for building images and deployment, Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Knowledge in customizing and developing R packages, Familiarity with Shiny: RStudio, Experience in building Cost of Illness/Cost Effectiveness models.
