Job Description:

As a Business Analyst at MakroCare you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to elicit document and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle. This includes preparing key documentation supporting development teams and ensuring functional requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document requirements using techniques such as meetings group discussions and workshops.
• Prepare User Requirement Specifications (URS) to capture comprehensive requirements.
• Update URS based on review feedback.
• Develop Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) using the approved template.
• Update FRS according to review comments.
• Create and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) up to the FRS stage.
• Provide the development team with functional clarifications as needed.
• Assist in functional testing to ensure implementation aligns with requirements documents.
• Conduct impact analysis concerning functionality and dependency for each change request.
• Document the impact of changes and update URS FRS and RTM to reflect approved changes.
• Participate in project closure activities including updating project documents and capturing lessons learned.
• Provide periodic status updates or upon request.
• Propose innovative solutions using mockups and navigation documents to enhance functionality.

• Strong planning skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision managing time and workload effectively.
• Enthusiasm for learning and implementing new practices.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 46 years of experience in the Healthcare CRO (Contract Research Organization) BioPharma or Biotech industries .
