Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Lead to drive in-licensing and strategic alliance initiatives for China Market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical licensing, with extensive experience in negotiating and executing partnerships to expand our portfolio of products and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of in-licensing opportunities for pharmaceutical formulations in alignment with company strategy and market needs.
- and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and government agencies, to explore potential partnership opportunities.

Qualifications :
- degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
- of 8-10 years of experience in business development, licensing, or strategic alliances within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on pharmaceutical formulations.
- track record of successfully negotiating and executing licensing agreements and strategic partnerships in China, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
- understanding of the pharmaceutical market landscape in China, including regulatory requirements, market access dynamics, and healthcare trends.
- interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
